who are we?
Sarah Singleton
As an accomplished songwriter and musician with over 30 years experience, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to our project. A multi- instrumentalist, with experience in bands and solo performance, even extending to performing with choirs at the iconic Royal albert Hall.
Hoping to give others the opportunity to enjoy the world of music in all its forms, and offering guidance and teaching to aspiring musicians.
Beth Gleave
Beth has spent 8 years on the outskirts of music industry by studying events management and earning her degrees.
during this time, she has developed the knowledge and skills to build music events from scratch, stage management and ensuring events run smoothly throughout.
Beth is the organisational backbone here at Northern Music project, bringing a unique insight, helping to work toward events, teaching and outreach.
Beth owns an events company locally, showcasing musical talent and the arts to communities and providing entertainment for all.
Philip Gleave
Phil is an experienced DJ, producer and multi- instrumentalist. After qualifying in sound engineering and production, he then continued his learning process including spiritual and holistic perspectives of music. Phil is passionate about music and the benefit this can have for people and is keen to show this to the community.
As well as being an accomplished sound technician and musician, Phil has extensive experience in performing at many uk Festivals, Phil also owns a local events company, offering entertainment to the local community through his events.
Kayleigh Hall
Kayleigh is an officially recognised singer-songwriter and performer, Starting at just 14 in the local open mics.
Alongside countless performances at UK Festivals and gigs, Kayleigh also pioneers local open mic and music events, allowing people creative spaces and supporting musical development and working to inspire others.
Kayleigh prides herself on making music accessible, producing, recording and releasing her own single, recently recognised and played on BBC Introducing Lancashire. She believes music is for everyone, and is passionate about overcoming barriers and improving mental, emotional and physical health through music.
